• Launched 8 technology products including gamified rewards system, art upgrade platform, customization platform, trait store, rarity tool, mobile app, hyper casual Flappy Bat game, and new website

• Developed and managed franchise sales process for multiple emerging brands, including strategy input on offerings, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to close deals
• Conducted weekly calls with CEO's of portfolio franchise brands, providing pipeline updates and offering strategic guidance to continuously improve effectiveness of sales efforts

• Conducted interviews with key stakeholders in large health system to develop more actionable categorization system for $10B accounts payable data, resulting in ~$1B of cost-cutting opportunities
• Analyzed accounts payable data for large health system in medical supplies category, identifying vendor consolidation opportunities to improve negotiating power and contract terms
• Improved data integrity and coding of marketing activities for large health system, enabling better visibility to shift spend towards most profitable channels
